1. Do I need to pay to become member?
No, our membership is free. You can store and share your digital pictures with your friends and family for free online. However you have to pay to send prints of your digital pictures to Nepal.
2. How do I use your service?
a. Please register yourself as member (Click REGISTER NOW button)
b. Create your album
c. Upload your photos to store/share/print in your album
d. You can share your album online with your friends and family (Click Share Album link)
e. You can add photos to cart to send print copy to your friends and family in Nepal (Select Album or Photos and click Add to Cart)
3. Can I share photos with non members of Photos2Nepal?
Yes, you can share photos to non members, you just need their email address. They can view photos without registering to Photos2Nepal
4. Can I send photos anywhere in Nepal?
We have collection center (pick up) within Kathmandu valley. For outside valley we deliver prints to following cities:

5. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charge for outside valley is $2.00.
We have pickup point within kathmandu valley where you can collect your print orders and the service is free of charge.
6. Do I have to be in USA to send photos?
No, you can send photos from anywhere in the world as long as you have access to internet and credit card that is accepted by Paypal.
7. How do I know that my photos are delivered?
We will send you the order notification once it is delivered. Besides you can go to My Orders to view status of the delivery online.
8. How secure is your payment transaction?
We have highly secured payment transaction system. We use Paypal as our payment system which is the most trusted name in the world. So shop with confidence.
